We are fully conversant with UK Planning Policy development thanks to the experience gained by Partner Steve Kemp as former head of forward planning in Lincoln City, by Partner Phil Scrafton as head of Development Control at Lincoln City, and by Associate Andy Wells as Policy officer in LB Sutton. One of our other Partners, Ed Chmara, was also involved in the preparation and implementation of development plans policy and guidance when he worked in Central Government.  Our policy planning experience abroad includes Dalia Lichfield’s drafting of new guidelines for statutory local planning in Israel, and the enhancement of policy planning in the Niger Delta Region through the preparation of an integrated regional development strategy.
