Our team provides a comprehensive master planning service, based on Spatial Planning principles, where the physical design is integrated with economic. social and environmental proposals.  We develop and maintain a close working relationship with clients and involve other stakeholders at the earliest possible opportunity so that master plan proposals are always based on a good understanding of all the key stakeholders’ objectives and aspirations and a realistic appreciation of the conditions that need to be in place for the successful implementation of a masterplan.

Our Senior Partners made a significant contribution to the concept and development of urban villages in the UK, and the team at Lichfield Planning continues to apply its creative skills to develop sustainable masterplans and urban designs for its clients.

The most recent highlights in our masterplanning work have been the production of the integrated concept plan and a conceptual town centre design for a New Town in Trinidad, in the Wallerfield area, and the masterplan for a major housing, tourism and enterprise mixed use scheme at Courland in Tobago.
