Wherever we work the real and meaningful participation of stakeholders, full analysis of active and recipient stakeholders’ needs and aspirations and the impact of planning interventions on these groups, are all part of the Lichfield Planning philosophy. We use our expertise to develop local planning strategies to meet community needs and promote their sustainable development, often in widely contrasting circumstances as is the case with our work on the Integrated Plan for the Sustainable Development of the Egi Communities in Rivers State, Nigeria, the preparation of a structure plan for mixed use development of an old sugar plantation estate in Courland, Tobago and a conceptual plan for a New Town at Wallerfield in Tobago.
