We are committed to working in partnership with local planners, architects, engineers and other professionals. Our belief in the value of ‘local content’ means that at most one or two of our Partners or staff work alongside predominantly local people on our international projects. This allows for the active sharing of experience and transfer of skills to our local colleagues.  Also our clients, such as the NDDC, often look to Lichfield Planning to provide capacity building and skills development for their own staff so that the processes and plans based on our work can be sustained long after our contracts come to an end.
