Lichfield Planning regularly handle a large number of planning applications and appeals for residential developments, on behalf of housing Associations, Private house-builders, and individual home owners. We have been involved in a diverse range of work including feasibility studies; planning applications and appeals, public consultations; negotiations with English Heritage. The work ranges from assisting small scale property developments to working in partnership with major architectural firms to deliver landmark projects.
We have a strong track record of working with Housing Associations, registered Social Landlords (RSLs) and hostel providers across London and the southeastand Lincolnshire, including for example Octavia Housing & Care, AirwaysCharitable Trust and Arlington House and for Metropolitan Housing Trust in Lincoln as well as with local Authority housing managements, for example on the Gascoigne Estate in Barking.
We assist individual home owners in the preparation and submission of planning applications for a wide range of property developments – from an inner city doctor’s clinic to a £15 million property in Regent’s Park. |
