We assist our clients to understand and manage the planning process and to see their projects through to planning permission, including Section 106 agreements and other obligations.

We seek Stakeholders’ involvement wherever possible and provide community consultation in line with the requirements of the planning system.

Our recent commissions range from being Framework Consultants to British Airways and other major clients, through LDF work and individual planning applications in the UK, to integrated development strategies for the Niger Delta Region, Nigeria and a new town in Trinidad.
